David is the Founder and CEO of David Hoffman Realty, an INC. 5000 company of all privately-held companies in America, and a Charlotte Observer “Top Workplace” for 2023.

David’s book, “Relationships over Rules” was recently released by BroadStreet Publishing, along with a 7-day plan on the Bible app.

David travels the US and Canada, speaking on the value of the relationships in your life, as well as on real estate, and economics, due to his experience as an economist from 2001-2005. David is regularly called on by local and national TV and radio.

David and his wife, Jessica live in Charlotte, NC with their three kids, Kane, Knox, and Isabella.
